Sarah, London

"Brilliant service, my claims handler was James he helped me find my flight information, liaised with Easyjet (who were being awkward!) and paid me my compensation. Sorted. Earned me and my wife nearly £800!"

Your Questions Answered About The Claims Process

Is this a free service? +

This is a no win, no fee service. Which means you will only have to pay the fee if your claim is successful - and even then, this fee comes off the compensation you are due to receive, so either way you're still financially better off! For successful claims, the service fee is 25% of the compensation plus an admin fee of £25 per passenger.

We're so confident that this is the best value in the industry that an offer of a "Lowest Service Fee Guarantee" is given. This is where if you are able to show a lower service fee from elsewhere, this will be guaranteed to be beaten.

Is my claim valid? +

The best way to find out is to complete the online form, however the general rules are:

  • You must have been delayed by 3 hours or more.
  • The flight was in the last 6 years; and
  • You either departed from an airport in the EU or you arrived at an airport in the EU operated by an EU airline, such as Ryanair, Easyjet, Thomson, Virgin Atlantic, British Airways (and many more).

It is unlikely that a flight delay compensation claim cannot be filed for you - even if you do not live in the UK!

What documents do I need? +

To begin your claim, the details of your flight you were on are required (or at least meant to be on!) and evidence of this. 99% of the time this evidence is just the booking reference you received when you booked tickets for the flight.

You can usually find your full flight details and booking reference by searching your emails. If you can only find some of this information, help is at hand for you.

How many passengers can I claim for? +

You can claim on behalf of as many passengers in your party as you want. A single passenger claim could receive up to £540*, that amount is PER PASSENGER. Which means, if you were travelling with 3 other people at the time, you could claim up to £2,160!*

Your fellow passengers will need to sign the digital terms & conditions form which will be emailed to you. This confirms that they are happy for you to claim on their behalf.

Can I claim for a flight 4 years ago? +

Yes! If your flight was delayed, cancelled or rerouted up to 6 years ago - you can still claim compensation! All that is needed is some basic information about your flight, then sit back and relax to await your payment.
