  • The flight was in the last 6 years; and
  • You either departed from an airport in the EU or you arrived at an airport in the EU operated by an EU airline, such as Ryanair, Easyjet, Thomson, Virgin Atlantic, British Airways (and many more).

What documents do I need? +

To begin your claim, the details of your flight you were on are required (or at least meant to be on!) and evidence of this. 99% of the time this evidence is just the booking reference you received when you booked tickets for the flight.
